Edward Alper provides legal counseling for commercial real estate transactions, and has represented purchasers and sellers in the sale of real estate, from the signing of the contract through the closing. 

Mr. Alper also has years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial leases for tenants such as restaurateurs, business owners, and retailers and for landlords, both large and small.  He negotiates terms with the client’s specific needs in mind.
